Pavago is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day operations across multiple departments while maintaining dashboards and clear leadership visibility. This fully remote role offers cross-functional exposure, process documentation, and ongoing operational improvement.

You will coordinate processes, manage KPI reporting, maintain SOPs, and assist vendors and internal teams to keep projects on track in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in operations or related roles.
• Proficient with MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce/HubSpot/NetSuite).
• Strong Excel/Sheets for dashboards, reporting and tracking.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities
