Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in operations, project management, or similar roles.
• Experience managing multiple clients or projects simultaneously.
• Proven experience creating SOPs, workflows, and operational systems.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• High level of ownership and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Client Operations & Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication; manage communication across Slack, WhatsApp, Google Workspace, and similar platforms; conduct regular client check-ins to track progress, priorities, and blockers; maintain clear communication and alignment across stakeholders.
