Job summary

Pavago is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to strengthen marketing infrastructure and execution. You will manage data integrity, build and audit prospect lists, support campaign infrastructure, and ensure marketing systems run clean and efficiently.

You’ll work directly with the VP of Marketing to achieve tighter systems, better visibility, and smoother execution, while handling execution-heavy tasks and collaborating across teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce experience (data management, segmentation, reporting)
• Experience with Pardot, Account Engagement, HubSpot, or similar automation tools
• Experience using ZoomInfo or comparable prospecting databases
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel
• Experience maintaining CRM hygiene and marketing databases
• Ability to follow and document standardized processes

Responsibilities

• Maintain CRM hygiene and data accuracy in Salesforce
• Manage marketing database structure and segmentation readiness
• Build and audit prospect lists using ZoomInfo or similar tools
• Execute compliant mass email campaigns
• Create and maintain competitor tracking databases
• Conduct website audits and support SEO-driven content updates
• Build campaign tracking frameworks and reporting visibility
• Document marketing processes and standardize workflows
• Support light content execution (email drafts, publishing support, templates in Canva)
