Job summary

Pavago is seeking an Event Operations Coordinator to manage event logistics, scheduling, travel coordination, and daily operations across multiple campaigns. This fully remote role requires coordinating with field teams, vendors, and leadership to keep events moving from planning through execution.

You’ll own travel arrangements, expense tracking, reporting, and on-site logistics while maintaining clear communication with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in event coordination and logistics across multiple campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Calendar, Gmail).
• Ability to work during U.S. CST business hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage the event pipeline across multiple active campaigns.
• Coordinate events from planning through execution.
• Source, negotiate, and confirm event logistics.
• Coordinate booth requirements, load-in/out, equipment, venue.
• Track deadlines and resolve logistical issues.
• Prepare weekly operations and performance reports.
• Maintain trackers for events, status, schedules, travel, expenses.
• Provide leadership with visibility into active campaigns.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and operational initiatives when required.
