Job summary

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations for efficiency.
Develop, document, and improve SOPs.
Manage projects from planning through completion.
Monitor team performance and provide coaching and support.
Coordinate across departments to improve communication and collaboration.
Track project progress using project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com).
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for leadership.
Manage resource allocation and workload distribution.
Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and planning sessions.
Ensure company policies and quality standards are followed.
Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new team members.
Manage client onboarding processes and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Monitor KPIs and recommend strategies for improvement.
Support leadership with strategic planning and operational initiatives.
