Qualifications

• 3+ years in an Operations Manager role in a BPO, call center, or similar environment.
• Strategic thinker who sees the big picture and the details when needed.
• Proven people leader who develops talent and builds trust.
• Data-driven and decisive; metrics guide strategy while keeping the human element.
• Exceptional communicator across all levels of the organization.
• Strong project management with multiple priorities.
• Experience with workforce management tools, CRMs, and reporting systems.
• Highly adaptable, solutions-focused, and thriving in a fast-paced remote environment.

• Lead and align all operational functions across teams to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
