Job summary

Hire Overseas is seeking an Internal Operations Manager to align systems, people, and processes as we scale. You will oversee daily internal operations, develop SOPs and dashboards, and coordinate among recruitment, finance, and marketing to drive efficiency.

We offer a fully remote setup, USD compensation paid bi-monthly, and opportunities to influence company-wide processes while collaborating with founders and department heads on cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in operations, project management, or business administration.
• Excellent organization and systems thinking.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily internal operations and ensure workflows are efficient and deadlines are met.
• Create and document processes, SOPs, and performance dashboards.
• Coordinate between recruitment, finance, and marketing to ensure operational alignment.
• Support onboarding, internal reporting, and weekly operations meetings.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks or communication gaps between departments.
