Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years in Operations, Project Management, Virtual Assistance, or similar roles.
• At least 2 years of experience leading remote or virtual teams.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing KPIs, client relationships, and operational performance.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
• Comfortable working with productivity monitoring and time-tracking software.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Virtual Assistants.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Monitor KPIs, productivity, attendance, and quality metrics.
• Conduct coaching sessions, performance reviews, and team meetings.
• Develop and improve SOPs and operational workflows.
• Manage client relationships and resolve operational escalations.
• Collaborate with Recruitment, HR, Training, and Leadership teams.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Prepare operational reports and recommendations for leadership.
