Responsibilities

• Build and maintain SOPs for the team.
• Spot what's not working and fix it — don't wait to be asked.
• Make sure tools and platforms are being used correctly across the team.
• Help with hiring, onboarding, and keeping the team on track.
• Run team meetings and keep everyone aligned.
• Support and guide team members when they need help.
• Track invoices, billing, and vendor payments.
• Manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
• Keep contracts, licenses, and compliance documents up to date.
• Build dashboards and reports that show how the business is doing.
• Share clear, simple updates with leadership on a regular basis.
• Support planning sessions with data and operational context.
• Use AI to write SOPs, summarize meetings, draft reports, and handle research faster.
