Job summary

Overseas is hiring an Internal Operations Manager to align systems, people, and processes as we scale. You will oversee internal operations, manage performance workflows, and streamline cross-department collaboration in a fast-growing startup.

You will drive SOPs, dashboards, and documentation across Notion, Airtable, and Slack, while holding distributed teams accountable to metrics and targets. This role is 100% remote and USD-paid, with US business hours alignment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in operations, PM, or admin.
• Experience managing SDRs or outbound teams at BPO.
• Proven ability to enforce performance metrics in distributed teams.
• Excellent documentation and systems thinking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily internal ops and ensure flows run smoothly.
• Create SOPs, dashboards, and process docs.
• Identify bottlenecks between recruitment, finance, and marketing.
• Manage Notion, Airtable, Slack data tracking.
