Job summary

Overseas is seeking an Internal Operations Manager to align systems, people, and processes as we scale. You will oversee internal operations, manage performance workflows, streamline cross‑department communication, and embed the discipline of high‑volume team management from BPO or SDR environments.

This role is 100% remote, requires US‑hour availability, and you will work directly with founders and department heads to build repeatable processes, dashboards, and SOPs that keep a distributed

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in operations, project management, or business administration.
• Proven experience managing SDRs or outbound sales teams at a BPO or high-volume environment.
• Track record of building and enforcing performance accountability systems for distributed teams.
• Excellent organizational and documentation habits.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Notion, Airtable, Asana, or ClickUp.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily internal operations and ensure workflows are efficient, documented, and running smoothly.
• Create and maintain SOPs, dashboards, and process documentation across departments.
• Identify bottlenecks and gaps between recruitment, finance, and marketing.
• Manage tools and data tracking across Notion, Airtable, and Slack.
• Hold internal teams accountable to performance metrics and targets.
• Run structured daily/weekly check-ins to ensure targets are met.
• Apply disciplined productivity management to balance startup pace.
