Job summary

Willow seeks an operations professional to lead cross-functional projects from concept to implementation, owning plans, timelines, milestones, metrics, and stakeholder alignment in a fast-paced environment.

You will design scalable SOPs, build ClickUp workflows and dashboards, and partner with Clinical Ops, Compliance, Marketing, CX, Retail Ops, HR, Finance, and Product to drive scale and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in operations, business operations, project or program management.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
• Experience creating SOPs, workflows, and business documentation.
• Strong process improvement and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive summaries and docs.
• Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Fluent English (written and verbal).
• No degree requirement; demonstrated experience matters; PMP bonus.
• Available to work in the Eastern Time zone.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional operational projects from concept to implementation with plans, timelines, milestones and metrics.
• Design, document, implement scalable SOPs, workflows, and standardized processes.
• Build and maintain ClickUp workflows, automations and templates; identify automation opportunities.
• Develop dashboards and metrics providing leadership visibility into key initiatives.
• Serve as operational partner to department leaders across Clinical Ops, Compliance, Marketing, CX, Retail Ops, HR, Finance and Product.
• Own operational documentation and knowledge management to support onboarding and scale.
• Support strategic initiatives like vendor onboarding, executive summaries, project updates and action-item tracking.
