Whitecollars is seeking an Operations Manager who genuinely wants to improve things in a profitable SaaS company. You will own the monthly close, customer and people operations, and drive process improvements through automation and updated SOPs.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years running end-to-end operations, is financially literate, uses AI tools, writes clear emails, and can implement scalable solutions with minimal supervision in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of end-to-end operations experience
• Financial literacy with ability to generate accurate P&L
• Experience using AI tools in work
• Strong written communication for emails to lawyers, accountants, customers
• Attention to detail on important/compliance tasks
• Proactive process improvement and automation mindset

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly financial close and related tasks (P&L prep, revenue reconciliation, contractor invoices, payments, tax, compliance).
• Manage customer operations (DPAs, NDAs, SLAs, refunds, billing issues).
• Oversee people operations (contractor onboarding, compensation tracking).
• Drive process improvements through automation and updated SOPs.
