Your Outdesk Solutions Corp is seeking an Operations Officer to oversee end-to-end operational systems, financial oversight, and core corporate functions from a remote Philippines location. Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing day-to-day operations, financial monitoring, and budget management in a small to medium organisation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations management and implement internal policies to improve efficiency.
• Develop and monitor organisational and project budgets and financial health.
• Prepare financial reports, grant acquittals, and support cost structure optimisation.
• Handle invoicing, payments, expense records, and payroll liaising with external accountants.
• Draft and manage staff, consultant contracts in line with legal and organisational rules.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes and support performance management.
• Review and update corporate policies to meet legal standards.
• Manage facilities, asset inventories, insurance renewals, and procurement.
• Coordinate IT and cybersecurity awareness initiatives.
• Support project managers with travel logistics and contract reviews.
