Job summary

Staff Domain Inc is hiring a Business Operations and Projects Specialist to work from home in the Philippines, aligning with Australian business hours. You will support financial administration, reporting, and a range of strategic projects under the CEO of a growing Australian healthcare organisation.

You will split time ~40% on operational support and ~60% on project-based work, learning quickly and handling ambiguity with ownership and initiative.

Qualifications

• Financial literacy with experience in bookkeeping, accounting, finance, operations, or business analysis.
• Strong Excel skills: Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, data cleansing, basic financial modelling.
• MS 365 capabilities: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly (e.g., Copilot, Claude, CRM platforms).
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
• Proactive, ownership-driven approach and independent problem solving.
• Curious, adaptable, highly organized with ability to manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support financial administration and reporting for a growing business.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
• Prepare management reports and performance dashboards.
• Contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement.
• Support CRM rebuilds and SharePoint/365 optimisation projects.
• Provide operational support and assist with audits and compliance.
