Anavah Talent is seeking an Operations & Finance Lead to serve as the operational backbone of this fast-growing U.S.-based staffing firm. You will own payroll operations, contractor administration, client invoicing, HR coordination, and reporting while building scalable processes.

You’ll collaborate with leadership, recruiters, and contractors to ensure accurate, documented workflows and automation upgrades that support growth and reduce manual work across finance, operations, and systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in operations, finance operations, payroll, HR operations, or related field.
• Experience owning operational processes independently and supporting a US-based company.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end payroll and finance operations with process improvements.
• Manage contractor onboarding, timesheets, invoicing, and compliance.
• Coordinate client billing, weekly/monthly reporting, and records.
• Maintain SOPs, templates, and dashboards for visibility.
• Drive automation and system improvements to scale operations.
