Job summary

Fiscal.ai seeks a Financial Operations Analyst to own day-to-day finance administration, including AR/AP, cash forecast, and documentation. Reporting to Head of Finance, you’ll help maintain accuracy and build scalable processes in a dynamic, remote-friendly team.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• CPA license is required.
• 3–5 years in controllership or finance operations.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and financial reporting.
• Experience with month-end close and financial consolidation.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day finance administration, including records management, document filing, finance mailbox monitoring, and upkeep of finance systems and data hygiene.
• Manage accounts receivable end to end - invoicing, billing accuracy, collections follow-up, cash application, and AR aging review.
• Manage accounts payable end to end - vendor onboarding, invoice intake and coding, approval routing, payment runs, and expense reconciliation.
• Assist in AR and AP processes design, including workflow documentation and automation.
• Maintain cash forecast, update receipts/disbursements, track variances and upcoming needs.
• Prepare tax documentation and related reports (tax forms, slips, sales tax filing support, lender requests, KYC).
• Administer payroll inputs and employee expense reimbursements.
• Maintain reconciliation files for month/year-end.
• Serve as point of contact on billing, payment, and documentation queries.
• Support continuous improvement of finance processes and systems.
