Job summary

HeadQuarters is seeking a strategic Head of Finance to lead a finance and accounting team, ensuring accurate reporting, budgeting, and forecasting across global operations. Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or equivalent).
• Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting and financial management.
• Tools: Excel (intermediate to advanced); ERP systems (intermediate; QBO desired); Familiarity with GSuite and Slack.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general accounting functions including accounts payable/receivable, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements following US GAAP - 280E standards; ensure timely reporting.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting with department heads; develop financial models for planning.
