Job summary

Crew Offshoring Solutions is seeking an Operations Coordinator for an AU renewable energy company. This offshore role is based in the Philippines, working remotely with the Australian team across overlapping business hours to support leadership and project delivery.

You will handle time tracking, pre-sales and project coordination, Procore and HubSpot administration, and assist with tendering and data analysis using approved AI tools.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of electricity industry and photovoltaic systems.
• Willingness to learn and ask the right questions to resolve procedural and technical challenges.
• Organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing tasks with guidance.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive and operational support to senior leadership and teams.
• Oversee time tracking compliance and capture notes from 1:1s.
• Triaging and delegating inbound requests and inquiries.
• Coordinate tasks for the engineering team and interface between pre-sales and project engineering.
• Track pre-sales engineering profit and loss.
• Procore project setup and ongoing administration.
• Procore variation compliance and insurance management.
• HubSpot forms, workflows and reports development and maintenance.
• End-to-end project setup and follow-up of outstanding signatures.
• Support sales tendering and data categorisation using approved AI tools.
