Job summary

TOA Global is seeking a technically skilled Project Coordinator to join our Service division and expand their O&M project portfolio across Australia. This is a 100% remote, full-time position based in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering with renewable energy knowledge.
• 2+ years in service/coordinator roles in related sectors.
• Proficient with Excel and ERP/CRM/CMMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and control operational aspects of service contracts for utility-scale solar and renewable projects, prioritizing safety, contract compliance, and budget milestones.
• Drive end-to-end management of spare parts orders, liaise with European supply bases and Australian customers to manage sales, shipping, and warranties.
• Schedule Field Service work orders, coordinate site resources, and manage travel, visas, work permits, and expense claims for field teams.
• Execute AP/AR transactions, enter progress claims, analyze revenue/expenditure variances, produce monthly financial reports, and assist with bid/proposal documentation.
• Leverage ERP/SAP/CRM/CMMS to maintain accurate records, streamline workflows, and resolve customer queries.
