Job summary

TOA Global Pty is seeking a technically skilled Project Coordinator to join our client's Service division and manage O&M projects across Australia while based remotely from the Philippines. You will oversee service delivery, coordinate spare parts supply, field service logistics, and financials to meet safety, budget, and milestones.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma or Degree in Engineering, at least 2 years in service or project coordination, strong Excel and ERP experience (SAP/CRM/CMMS), and

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Service Coordination, Project Coordination, or O&M Operations Support.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and enterprise management systems; hands-on experience with SAP, CRM, or CMMS platforms is advantageous.
• Working knowledge of project accounting (AP/AR, progress claims, expense reconciliation) and cross-border logistics coordination.
• Confident under pressure, detail-oriented, with strong written and verbal English negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and control operational aspects of service contracts for utility-scale solar and renewable projects, prioritizing safety, contract compliance, and budget milestones.
• Drive end-to-end management of spare parts orders, quotations, warehouse/inventory flows, and liaise with European supply bases and Australian customers.
• Schedule Field Service work orders, coordinate site resources, and manage travel, visas, work permits, and expense claims for field teams.
• Execute AP/AR transactions, progress claims, revenue/expenditure variance analysis, monthly financial reporting, and assist with bid/proposals.
• Utilize ERP, SAP, CRM, CMMS, and Offers Portal to maintain accurate records and streamline service workflows.
