Hireframe is seeking a proactive Onboarding Specialist to support a high volume of fitness industry clients from the Philippines. You will guide customers through data migration, configuration, and training to ensure a seamless start and lasting partnership with the company.

As the second specialist in this role, you will collaborate with the VP of Customer Success to build out playbooks, improve processes, and deliver a world-class onboarding experience that scales with our growth and

Qualifications

2–4 years of onboarding, training, customer service, or project management experience.
Able to learn new software quickly and become a product expert.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Proficient with data migration and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

Project manage onboarding for a high volume of customers (20-40 monthly) via phone, email and video calls.
Support customers with their data migration via export & import tools.
Assess customer needs and configure accordingly.
Train customers and staff on the website's functionality.
Deliver a world class and efficient customer launch experience.
Act as liaison between the customer and the Product team to represent feedback.
Proactively address issues and manage escalations.
Collaborate with the Vice President of Customer Success to build onboarding systems and playbooks.
