Job summary

JAF Digital Group Inc. is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to help clients set up and use our HRIS and payroll system. You will gather client requirements, guide onboarding and training, and ensure data accuracy while coordinating with clients and internal teams.

Fieldwork may be required to meet clients. The right candidate has an IT background, payroll or HRIS implementation experience, knowledge of Philippine payroll requirements, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• IT-related degree or strong IT background.
• Experience in payroll or HRIS implementation.
• Knowledge of Philippine payroll and statutory requirements.
• Willing to do fieldwork and meet with clients when needed.
