Qualifications

• 2+ years in HR onboarding, credentialing, or compliance.
• Experience in healthcare or home health preferred.
• Knowledge of confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with HRIS and background checks.
• Proficient English communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding for clinical and administrative hires.
• Guide new hires through onboarding portals and ensure timely document submission.
• Prepare and distribute offer letters and onboarding packets.
• Coordinate background checks, screenings, and account setups.
• Verify licenses/certifications and monitor expirations.
