Job summary

Alter Domus in the Philippines is seeking a data onboarding specialist to assist with onboarding and data migrations into the eFront system. You will report to the Platform Delivery Team lead and work closely with client teams to capture requirements and ensure a smooth transition.

Responsibilities include analyzing historical accounting data, preparing and reconciling imports, supporting post-migration activities, and helping client-facing teams adopt the new setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Fluent in English.
• 1-2 years accounting analysis or related experience.
• Experience with accounting systems in similar roles is advantageous.
• Experience with eFront FrontInvest (FIA) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding from systems to Alter Domus applications.
• Attend planning and setup meetings to understand client requirements.
• Analyse client historical accounting data.
• Prepare, execute and reconcile accounting data imports from previous systems.
• Attend post-migration meetings and ensure adoption of the new setup.
• Provide first-level support when needed.
• Support data migrations to realize project benefits.
• Collaborate with Platform Delivery Team lead to resolve issues.
