Job summary

Staffing for Doctors seeks a US Registered Nurse (USRN) to serve as Admin & Triage Coordinator for a busy US OB/GYN practice. You will triage patients, handle medical calls, and own the AthenaHealth EHR inbox and patient messages.

The ideal candidate has OB/GYN or Women’s Health experience, excels in triage, and can filter non-urgent tasks so physicians focus on direct care. Remote work setup with a 40-hour week is required.

Qualifications

• Active USRN license required.
• Clinical experience in OB/GYN, Women’s Health, L&D, or outpatient gynecology.
• Strong English verbal and written communication for high-stakes triage.
• Hands-on experience with AthenaHealth EHR inbox/messaging workflows.
• Private HIPAA-compliant home office with reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Handle OB/GYN clinical triage and patient calls per protocols.
• Manage AthenaHealth EHR inbox, prioritize tasks, and route actionable items.
• Follow up with patients to convey test results and care plans.
• Coordinate scheduling, referrals, and urgent OB/GYN appointments.
• Provide comprehensive clinical admin support to maintain full 40-hour week.
