Job summary

Quickstart Inc. is seeking a Nurse Manager for a patient call center in the Philippines. You will oversee a team of nurse-call representatives handling medical concerns, ensuring HIPAA compliance and high-quality care.

You will provide guidance on chronic disease, medication management, and mental health issues, and coordinate with clinicians to ensure timely follow-up and proper case management. Onsite role in BGC, Taguig with a base salary of PHP 90,000–100,000.

Qualifications

• Requires NCLEX-RN certification with 3–5 years of recent telephone triage or call center experience.
• IL RN license preferred for local practice considerations.
• Demonstrates empathy and active listening when interacting with patients.

Requirements of the role

• NCLEX-RN Certified with 3-5 years of recent Telephone Triage or Call Center experience; Illinois RN preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience (e.g., physician’s office, home health, critical care, ER).
• Must have experience in a managerial role
• Demonstrates empathy, compassion, and active listening when interacting with patients.
• Skilled in clinical assessment, determining medical attention needs, and offering self-care advice.
• Proficient in Electronic Medical Records, Microsoft Office, and typing with speed and accuracy.
