Capacita Human Resource Management Consultancy is seeking a US Registered Nurse (USRN) to join our healthcare operations team in a fast-paced BPO/CPO environment. The role covers handling healthcare-related voice support, conducting clinical reviews, and applying medical expertise to assist patients, providers, and healthcare processes.

Ideal candidates hold a USRN license in any mainland US state, a Bachelor’s in Nursing, and are able to work shifting schedules.

Qualifications

Must hold an active USRN license (any mainland US state accepted).
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficient in medical terminology.

Responsibilities

Handle healthcare-related voice interactions professionally and efficiently.
