• Accurately document patient assessments and interactions in EHR/EMR systems.
• Assist with appointment scheduling, medication inquiries, and renewals within established protocols.
• Communicate relevant clinical information to physicians, nurses, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure patient safety, confidentiality, and quality of care throughout interactions.
