Qualifications

• Active PHRN and USRN license.
• At least 1 year of clinical or hospital experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or people management experience.
• Strong preference for experience in UR/UM, Coding, Healthcare BPO or related fields.
• Ability to apply clinical knowledge to support operational goals and team performance.

Role Summary

The USRN Team Lead is responsible for managing and developing a team to achieve performance goals, meet customer service standards, ensure compliance with company policies, and drive employee engagement and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team to meet or exceed performance and service targets.

• Monitor team productivity, quality, and adherence to operational standards.

• Manage team performance through feedback, coaching, and employee development.

• Ensure completion of projects and compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Foster a positive and engaged work environment.

Required Qualifications

• Active PHRN and USRN license

• At least 1 year of relevant clinical or hospital experience

• At least 2 years of supervisory or people management experience.

• Strong clinical expertise, preferably with experience in Utilization Review (UR), Utilization Management (UM), Coding, Healthcare Back Office, or other healthcare BPO processes.

• Ability to apply clinical knowledge to support operational goals and team performance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Effective leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
