Job summary

E-Solutions IT Services in Taguig is seeking an experienced Clinical Tele Triage Associate (USRN) for a contractual 2-month engagement. The role focuses on remote nursing support, triage, and patient care guidance via telehealth platforms.

The candidate must hold an Active USRN license with 4–8 years of clinical nursing experience and be willing to work onsite in Taguig on a North American time zone schedule. Documentation in EHR/EMR systems is required.

Qualifications

Active USRN license is mandatory.
4–8 years of clinical nursing experience.
Experience with telehealth/telemedicine and EHR/EMR systems.
Strong clinical assessment, triage and critical-thinking skills.
Willingness to work onsite in Taguig on a North American time zone schedule.

Responsibilities

Conduct clinical tele-triage and remotely assess patient symptoms and health concerns.
Provide health education, symptom management guidance, and nursing advice.
Determine the appropriate level of care (ER, Urgent Care, Primary Care, or other services).
Identify and elevate urgent and critical cases and coordinate with emergency services when necessary.
Accurately document patient assessments and interactions in EHR/EMR systems.
Assist with appointment scheduling, medication inquiries, and renewals within established protocols.
Communicate relevant clinical information to physicians, nurses, and other stakeholders.
Ensure patient safety, confidentiality, and quality of care throughout interactions.
