DOXA seeks a National Accounts Coordinator in the Philippines, remote. The role manages multiple national service accounts, coordinates work orders, and ensures SLA compliance and accurate billing documentation. Strong vendor management and CMMS experience are essential.

The candidate should have 2+ years in service coordination, excellent Excel skills, and the ability to communicate with customers and regional management. After-hours rotation participation is required.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years in service coordination, dispatch or multi-site national account/admin work.
• Experience with CMMS/work order management systems is required.
• Background in construction, facilities services or similar trades preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel, data reconciliation, and reporting.
• Strong communication with customers and regional management.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate multiple national accounts to meet SLAs and contracts.
• Review work requests for scope, data, PO refs, and documentation.
• Obtain and process quotes from centers/subcontractors for pricing.
• Manage customer approvals, POs, and not-to-exceed increases with written authorization.
• Dispatch subcontractors and ensure scheduling, insurance, and compliance.
• Handle after-hours, weekend, and emergency requests in rotation.
• Monitor open orders and push aging jobs toward timely completion.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and pricing discrepancies with vendors.
• Ensure billing-ready documentation for invoicing.
• Maintain CRM/work order data so coverage is seamless.
• Escalate gaps and disputes with supporting facts to National Accounts Manager.
• Prepare recurring reports and support quarterly business reviews.
