DOXA Talent, Inc. is seeking a Staff Accountant to join our Finance Team. This role supports reconciliations, AP/AR, payroll support, and financial reporting in a fast-paced outsourcing environment.

Location: Philippines (remote). You will collaborate with local and international teams, ensuring accurate month-end close and compliance with GAAP. Advanced English required.

Education: bachelor's in accounting; 5+ years in accounting/auditing; experience with QuickBooks, Oracle, SAP a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting, auditing, financial reporting experience with GAAP.
• Experience with QuickBooks, Oracle, SAP; audits/tax filings preferred.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Update bank and credit card transactions in QuickBooks.
• Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable, including bill entry and vendor payments.
• Process employee expense reports and payroll support tasks.
• Generate, review, and send customer invoices.
• Record customer payments accurately and on time.
• Monitor and follow up on weekly timesheet completion and approvals.
• File sales tax returns and reconcile inventory records in QuickBooks.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Maintain accurate financial records and organized documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support reporting and operational decisions.
