Job summary

DOXA is seeking a proactive Accounts Receivable Clerk in the Philippines (remote) to ensure payments are applied accurately and on time. You will handle cash application, reconciliation, and follow-through on discrepancies, reporting to the Controller.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Accounting and at least three years of AR experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Dynamics Business Central. You will interact with internal teams and customers to resolve payment issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• BS in Accounting preferred.
• Minimum three years' direct accounts receivable experience with cash application.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, INDEX/MATCH.
• Experience with an ERP system; Microsoft Dynamics: Business Central strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Post and apply incoming payments to customer accounts, researching discrepancies.
• Contact customers by phone to resolve payment discrepancies and follow up by email.
• Reconcile ACH, EFT, and credit card clearing accounts and customer deposits daily.
• Send monthly customer statements and streamline cash application in Business Central.
