Job summary

Staffstream is hiring a Bookkeeper based in the Philippines to support a growing South Australian hospitality group across two entities. You'd build the finance function from scratch and own processes end to end.

Responsibilities include payroll processing for ~60 employees, AP/AR, inter-entity recharges, bank reconciliations, and monthly close. Remote role with growth potential and local employment compliance.

Qualifications

• Genuine Australian bookkeeping and payroll experience including STP reporting.
• End-to-end bookkeeping covering payroll, payables, receivables, reconciliations.
• Experience with multi-entity structures and inter-entity transactions.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll across two entities for ~60 staff (FT/PT/Casual).
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inter-entity recharges.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and support month-end close.
• Document and improve bookkeeping processes for scalable growth.
• Produce clear reporting such as wage/labour cost snapshots.
