Job summary

DOXA Talent is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to take full ownership of day-to-day bookkeeping and close processes for a multi-entity setup. You will manage QuickBooks Online as the primary ledger and support CPAs and fractional CFOs.

Responsibilities include month-end close, intercompany reconciliations, P&L and balance sheet reporting, and payroll processing with Gusto in a fully remote role based in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Hands-on bookkeeping with accurate recording and classification.
• Experience with month-end close and financial reporting.
• Experience for multiple legal entities and intercompany reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Own the QBO environment as primary owner across two entities.
• Lead monthly close within five business days and perform reconciliations.
• Record and reconcile intercompany transfers and ensure correct classification.
• Prepare accurate P&L statements and balance sheets, review for anomalies.
• Manage bill payments, payroll with Gusto, and maintain audit-ready records.
