Sharesource in the Philippines is seeking a seasoned Bookkeeper to support two industries (retail and supermarket) across seven locations for our Australian client portfolio. The role requires meticulous data handling, timely processing of invoices, payroll, reconciliations, and compliance tasks.

You will manage AP, AR, BAS/GST, and month-end reporting, using Xero and Excel to deliver accurate, audit-ready records from a remote location in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience in a professional setting.
• Experience with Australian accounting environment and GST compliance is preferred.
• Proficiency in Xero and multi-entity bookkeeping is essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle bookkeeping for two industries across multiple locations.
• Process AP/AR, supplier payments, invoicing and reconciliations.
• Prepare weekly payroll and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations and manage AR to maintain up-to-date records.
• Complete BAS/GST reconciliations and month-end reporting.
