Job summary

Sharesource is seeking a remote Bookkeeper based in the Philippines to manage full-cycle bookkeeping for two industries (retail and supermarket) across seven locations. You will be the main point of contact for financial data, ensuring invoices and bank feeds become organized, actionable records.

The role covers AP, payroll, reconciliations, AR, and compliance tasks, with a focus on accuracy, timely delivery, and workflow optimization in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years bookkeeping experience.
• Direct experience in Australian accounting environment.
• Proficiency with Xero, multi-entity files, and high-volume data.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Payable, purchasing, supplier payments, and reconciliations across multiple store locations.
• Prepare weekly payroll, verify timesheets and approvals.
• Perform daily bank feed reconciliations and manage Accounts Receivable.
• Prepare BAS, GST reconciliations, and month-end reports for director review.
• Maintain end-to-end bookkeeping across locations, ensuring audit-ready records.
