Job summary

Leveraged HR in the Philippines is seeking a detail‑oriented Bookkeeper to support our Australian team in a fully remote role. The position suits proactive professionals who value accuracy and can handle a broad range of bookkeeping and administrative tasks.

You will manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, reconciliations, and financial reporting, collaborating with the international team to ensure timely month‑end processes and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 year’s experience.
• Experienced in working with Australian Clients.
• Exceptional level of integrity, discretion and trustworthiness in all confidential matters.
• Bachelor's degree in commerce or a related field.
• Proficient in MYOB and Xero Accounting Software.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, including general ledger entries and reconciliations.
• Accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments
• Reconcile bank statements with company records to ensure accuracy
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management review.
• Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Support the preparation and submission of regulatory reports to government authorities.
• Scheduling, managing files, preparing documents, and providing general office support
• Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
• Provide administrative Support to the to the accounting department and Senior Management Team as directed.
