Job summary

Hunt St Pty Ltd is seeking a high-calibre Level 2/3 MSP Engineer based in the Philippines. You will deliver Level 2 support in an MSP environment, troubleshoot deeply, and own issues from start to resolution. Experience with Autotask is essential and Kaseya RMM is highly favored.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of MSP help desk experience.
• Strong hands-on MSP experience including Windows Server and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Autotask and Kaseya RMM.
• Networking fundamentals: DHCP, DNS, LAN/WAN.
• Proficient in end-user support and troubleshooting across devices and apps.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support in MSP environment and resolve escalated desktop, app, and network issues.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and ticketing systems in a professional manner.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services (Admin Portal, Exchange Online, SharePoint).
• Troubleshoot Windows desktops and ensure security, patching, and performance.
• Diagnose networking issues across DHCP, DNS, LAN, WLAN, WAN.
• Support core business apps (MYOB, QuickBooks Online, Dropbox, Adobe CC).
• Manage tickets end-to-end with documentation and timely updates.
• Monitor endpoints with RMM tools and address alerts.
• Assist with backup and security solutions (Datto, Bitdefender).
• Provide basic server support and assist senior engineers.
