Job summary

Sharesource is hiring a Level 2 Technical Support Engineer to join the Modern Workplace team. You’ll own customer environments, handle escalations, and improve Microsoft 365 services across endpoint, identity, security, and cloud services.

The role requires at least 4 years in a service desk or MSP, strong Microsoft 365 knowledge, and excellent communication. Remote work with occasional onsite activities in the Philippines is supported.

Qualifications

4+ years in a service desk, helpdesk, MSP or technical support role.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 products and cloud services.
Experience supporting Windows/macOS users across multiple tenants.
Clear written and verbal communication with customers.
Ability to triage, prioritize, and manage multiple tickets and tasks.

Responsibilities

Customer Environment Ownership: maintain visibility across customer environments and provide clear updates.
Technical Support & Escalation: act as escalation point for complex issues and escalate with diagnostics.
Systems, Microsoft 365 & Cloud Operations: provide end-user support across Windows/macOS and Microsoft 365 tenants.
Documentation & Continuous Improvement: log incidents and maintain runbooks and knowledge base.
