Job summary

Boomering is seeking a Service Desk Engineer (Level 2) to join its internationally connected MSP team in the Philippines. You will own escalated incidents, provide deep technical resolution, and support Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and networking across Asia.

The role requires hands-on administration, clear communication, and a methodical approach. You will work with Level 3 engineers and participate in change management within ISO 27001/20000 controls.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IT support experience, including 2+ years in second-line or MSP/multi-client setups.
• Demonstrated hands-on Microsoft 365 administration with production support for Windows Server/AD.
• Strong networking troubleshooting skills and ability to work to defined SLAs and change processes.
• Certs such as MS-102/MD-102, AZ-104, CCNA, ITIL 4 are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Escalation & Incident Ownership: take full ownership of escalated tickets to resolution.
• Microsoft 365 Administration: manage tenants, licensing, health, and sign-in investigations.
• Server, Network & Endpoint Support: maintain Windows Server/AD, DNS/DHCP, VPN, and endpoints.
• Backup, Monitoring & Change: monitor backups, manage health trends, and document changes.
• Documentation & Security: maintain client docs, evidence, and ISO controls.
