Job summary

Hunt St Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Technical Lead based in the Philippines. The role, initially fully remote, will eventually transition to a hybrid setup in Metro Manila (3 days in-office, 2 remote).

You will be the most senior technical resource, overseeing complex issues, client communications and hands-on leadership across infrastructure, cybersecurity and project delivery. The role requires 7+ years in IT, MSP experience, and a strong background in cloud, Microsoft environments, networking

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT experience across infrastructure, systems engineering, consulting or MSP environments.
• Flexible to a future hybrid setup in Metro Manila.
• Experience in MSP IT services.
• Strong background across infrastructure, Microsoft/cloud environments, networking and cybersecurity.
• Experience leading technical projects from planning through implementation.
• Demonstrated technical leadership, mentoring and escalation experience.
• Strong client-facing communication skills for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the senior technical escalation point across client environments.
• Lead infrastructure design and implementation across cloud, networking, Microsoft environments and core IT infra.
• Oversee cybersecurity risk assessment and governance across client environments.
• Own multiple concurrent technical projects and coordinate resources.
• Manage service escalations and provide proactive operational support.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive technical and service processes.
