Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a proactive BDR to drive pipeline for MSP services across Australia and New Zealand, with emphasis on Australia. This non-closing, pipeline-generation role identifies prospects, engages decision-makers and books meetings for the Director/BDM.

The ideal candidate has 2–5+ years in BDR/SDR or outbound sales, MSP/Managed IT experience, and strong research, qualification and outreach skills. Remote, performance-driven work arrangement.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years BDR/SDR or outbound sales experience.
• MSP/Managed IT experience required.
• Strong research, prospecting and qualification skills.
• Experience engaging decision-makers at multiple levels.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; CRM experience (Halo or HubSpot) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify target organisations across AU/NZ.
• Build and manage a quality prospect pipeline.
• Conduct personalised outreach via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Engage CEOs, Directors, Operations, Finance and IT decision-makers.
• Qualify IT, cybersecurity and infrastructure needs.
• Book 3–5 qualified meetings per week.
• Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline records.
• Collaborate with the Director/BDM to improve targeting and messaging.
