Job summary

D2B is seeking an experienced Mortgage Broking Support Specialist to assist with loan administration, client follow-ups, compliance documentation, serviceability calculations and ApplyOnline submissions. The role requires attention to detail and practical knowledge of the Australian mortgage-broking process, with the ability to manage multiple client files at various stages.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of mortgage-broking support or lending administration experience.
• Experience supporting Australian mortgage brokers or working in Australian lending.
• Understanding of the home-loan application process from data collection to submission.
• Ability to use Mercury CRM and ApplyOnline effectively.
• Excellent written and spoken English with professional client communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loan administration, client follow-ups and compliance documentation.
• Prepare Best Interests Duty notes and maintain orderly client files in Mercury.
• Enter income, expenses and lending details into serviceability calculators accurately.
• Prepare loan applications for submission and manage submissions via ApplyOnline.
• Monitor application progress, follow up with clients and escalate where needed.
• Maintain Mercury task lists, file notes and marketing hub records.
