D2B is seeking a Mortgage Broking Assistant to join its Australian-based mortgage broking team. This remote, full-time role aligns with Australian hours and supports brokers with loan application processing, documentation, CRM updates, and lender coordination from the Philippines.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in mortgage processing or broking support, familiarity with Australian mortgage workflows, and experience working remotely or servicing offshore clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in mortgage broking support or loan processing.
• Experience with Australian mortgage documentation and workflows.
• Understanding of aggregator systems.
• Experience working remotely or supporting offshore clients (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist brokers with end-to-end loan application processing.
• Prepare and package loan files for submission to lenders.
• Manage supporting documentation (ID, income, credit checks, serviceability docs).
• Liaise with lenders for updates, additional documents, and status tracking.
• Maintain broker CRM data and ensure accurate record keeping.
• Support post-settlement documentation and archiving.
