Job summary

D2B in the Philippines is seeking an ultra-organized Mortgage Broker Support / Loan Processor to manage client files, document checks, and loan submissions for an Australian mortgage brokerage.

You will maintain data integrity in CRM, prepare submissions in Mercury and AOL, coordinate valuations and settlements, and ensure full compliance with lender requirements through meticulous review. This is a full-time role with Australian business hours and a supportive, growth-focused team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting an Australian mortgage broker
• Strong understanding of Australian residential lending processes
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• High attention to detail (auditing documents and liabilities)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Hands-on experience with Connective Mercury and ApplyOnline (AOL)

Responsibilities

• Client File Management: create/maintain client files in CRM; update statuses.
• Document Collection & Review: verify documents and IDs meet lender requirements.
• Loan Processing Support: prepare data in CRM, support broker reviews and AOL submissions.
• Application Tracking: monitor progress and lender turnarounds; follow up.
• Settlement Support: monitor settlement dates and assist with bookings.
• General Administration: manage inboxes, Canva marketing materials, and doc signing.
