Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting an Australian mortgage broker.
• Strong understanding of Australian residential lending processes.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Hands-on experience with MyCRM is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and package residential, commercial, and asset finance loan applications.
• Collect, review, and organise supporting documents.
• Submit applications to lenders and monitor progress.
• Follow up with lenders, BDMs, solicitors, accountants, and clients.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
• Order valuations and track outstanding requirements.
• Assist with settlements and post-settlement administration.
• Liaise with clients via email and phone.
• Provide updates on loan application progress.
• Schedule appointments and manage broker calendars.
• Ensure a high level of customer service at all times.
• Maintain electronic client files.
• Ensure documents are complete and compliant.
• Assist with lender and aggregator requirements.
• Prepare supporting documentation for credit assessments.
• Assist with social media content scheduling.
• Manage client database and follow-up campaigns.
• Support referral partner communications.
• Assist with preparation of presentations and marketing material.
