Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Australian Mortgage Processing or Broker Support experience.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Loan Processing: manage loan applications from data entry to submission.
• Compliance & Documentation: verify payslips, bank statements, tax returns per policy.
• Lender Liaison: coordinate with banks and non-bank lenders to progress applications.
• Client Communication: provide proactive updates to clients and stakeholders.
• File Preparation: prepare Loan Strategy Reports and compliance documents.
• Post-Settlement Support: coordinate settlement logistics and post-settlement activities.
