Job summary

D2b is seeking a Mortgage Broker Assistant / Loan Processor for an Australian mortgage broking role. This remote, full-time position supports the director with end-to-end loan processing and administrative tasks during AU business hours.

You will prepare applications, gather documents, and track progress from submission to settlement, while maintaining CRM records and liaising with lenders.)

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Strong written English communication and ability to work independently.
• Highly organised with the capacity to manage multiple loan files remotely.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and package home loan applications for submission to lenders.
• Collect, review, and organise client supporting documents.
• Ensure loan files meet lender and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate application records in CRM and track progress to settlement.
• Draft and format documents in Word, including loan summaries.
• Follow up with lenders and stakeholders on outstanding requirements.
• Organise settlement gifts for clients.
